First to clarify the reason I wrote this article. I have been gambling on the net or at physical casinos for many years. I have learned, the addiction can grab a hold of you and you will not even realize it until you are flat broke. Particularly if you’re on a winning streak. I have gone through many tens of thousands of dollars in a very short amount of time and still on occasion, I will go a bit too far. It appears you are just having fun until you decide to pay attention to your defeats and the anguish sets in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can get it back" repeatedly. It doesn’t works. Then you become sick in your gut and the more you try the quicker you are deprived.
When you notice that you’re ahead, remain on the UP! When you begin to lose, do not tell yourself, "well perhaps one more" and over and over again, trust me, this concept almost never ever functions. Say you are playing on slots, have an amount set to the side prior to starting your action. DO NOT exceed that boundary, no matter how tempting. If you actually succeed, put that in a different pot. Don’t risk your wins no matter what. Once you have played through your original set limit, bail out. Head out, regardless if it is on the net or at a land based betting house, do not stick around. Always keep in mind, there will be a different day, another time.
Always remember, betting should be exciting not backbreaking, nauseating work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you do not belong there. If youcan’t afford the loss, do not even begin.
