I have been gaming online or at land based gambling halls for a good many years. I have been taught, the fixation can grab a hold of you and you won’t even realize it up till you are bankrupt. Say you are gambling on one armed bandits, keep a pot separate prior to beginning your gambling. DO NOT exceed that threshold, no matter how appealing. If you happen to profit, put the winnings in a separate pot. Do not wager your payouts at any cost. After you have gambled through your beginning set threshold, stop. Call it quits, whether it’s on the internet or in a real life gambling hall, do not stay at the tables or machines. Always keep in mind, there will be another day, other times. Obviously, this method is able to work for any casino game that you bet on, be it bingo, poker, electronic poker, keno, blackjack or any other game.
Keep in mind, betting should be delightful not demanding, nauseating work! If you aren’t enjoying yourself, you don’t belong there. If you cannot manage the hit, don’t ever begin.
